Vegetable Cassava Leaves, Coconut Milk Recipes

2 ikat cassava leaves
750 ml coconut milk
2 cm galangal, memarkan
2 pieces of bay leaf
Subtle seasoning:

5 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 grains candlenut
2 cm turmeric
How to make:
1. boil until cooked cassava leaves, remove, drain.
2. cut the cassava leaves, set aside.
3. Preheat cooking oil, Saute seasoning smooth, galangal, and Bay leaves until aromatic.
4. pour snatan, Cook until boiling. Enter   the cassava leaves, salt, and sugar. Cook until done.
5. stir fried anchovies, stir well. Remove and serve.
